Terms of Service for coverzero

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the coverzero iOS application and related services (collectively, the “App”) provided by coverzero (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a device that you own or control.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App or its content
• Use automated means to access or scrape data from the App

4. AI-Generated Content and Insights

The App provides AI-powered insights, analytics, and recommendations related to sports leagues and fantasy sports. These outputs are generated by automated models and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional, financial, or betting advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information from the App.

5. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any insights, predictions, statistics, or other content provided through the App. Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain, and past performance does not predict future results.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including all software, text, graphics, logos, and other content, is owned by coverzero or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, you receive no rights in the App.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on or link to third-party services, data providers, or content. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

8. Subscriptions and Purchases

If the App offers paid features or subscriptions, payment is processed through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, coverzero and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or USD $50.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold coverzero harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the “Effective Date” above or via in-app notifications. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
